This castle in the northern part of Holland opened her doors for a group of enthousiast photographers and models. Sometime I join as a photographer. Just for fun and also to make some photos.
Allthough I scouted out the location on the internet, it's allways a surprise what you will get in real life. Sometimes these old places are reconstructed to meet our modern way of life. Central heating and power outlets are just two examples that can ruin your old setting.
Lukely a lot of this old castle, that has it's foundings in the 13th-century was left intact. It had a nice old oriel. By turning the table it suited the photo better and made a more ballanced photo that way.
